1. Which is the official online driving license website?
applydl.dotm.gov.np — bookmark it; ignore look-alikes and social-media ads.
2. When is the eDLVRS form open?
Generally Sunday–Wednesday, 6:00 AM–10:00 PM, closed public holidays. Quota moves fastest at Sunday 6 AM.
3. OTP आएन — what do I do?

4. It says my number is already registered.
An account exists — recover it with Forgot Password. Never create duplicate accounts: details here.
5. Can one account serve my whole family?
No — one applicant, one account, own mobile number. Identity-linked applications demand it.

6. What documents do I need before applying?

7. What age do I need to be?

15. How do I pay the license fee online?

17. How much is the smart card fee?

18. What’s the written exam format?

19. What’s on the trial course?

20. I failed the trial. Is everything lost?
No — your written pass survives; you get retrial attempts (~Rs 500, ≈1-week wait, up to 3 total): retrial rules.
