NTC Balance Transfer: The Full Flow
Send balance to a family member’s NTC number in four steps:
- Get your security code (first time only): SMS the word
SCODEto1415. An 8-digit security code arrives — save it privately. - Dial
*422#and follow the menu. - Enter the recipient’s NTC number, the amount, and your security code when prompted.
- Confirm — both sides get SMS confirmation.

Sapati: NTC’s Emergency Credit
Stuck with zero balance and an urgent call? Dial *1415*3# to request sapati (advance credit). The advance — plus its service fee — deducts automatically from your next recharge. Use it as a bridge, not a habit: the fee makes it the most expensive balance you’ll ever use.

Do these codes work on NTC postpaid?
Some are prepaid-specific (recharge, sapati); balance/pack menus behave differently on postpaid. Postpaid users get bills and app management instead.
