The latest taxpayer incentive gift winners were announced today, Monday 2 November 2026, at the Ministry of Finance in Singha Durbar. The Rs 10 lakh bumper for purchases made from Kartik 1 to 15 went to coupon 0980 4655 8175. News reports say it belongs to a shopper from Janakpur who bought goods worth just Rs 415 at Big Mart on Kartik 5.
Fifteen more coupons won the fortnight’s daily prizes. All 16 winning coupons are listed below, along with how to check yours and claim before 17 November.

According to Pardafas and Bajarko Chirfar, IRD Director General Dr Bhishma Kumar Bhusal phoned the bumper winner from the event to congratulate them, and national cricketer Lalit Narayan Rajbanshi helped draw the winners. Nepal News reports that NPL players took part in the draw. The winner’s name had not been published when we checked.

IRD’s earlier announcements gave the daily prize as Rs 1,33,334, which leaves Rs 1 lakh after tax. Some reports of today’s draw print Rs 1,33,034, which looks like a typing slip. The bumper after-tax figure is our calculation at the same 25% rate.
How to check your coupon and claim
- Open prize.ird.gov.np and choose English or नेपाली.
- Open the results and pick the Kartik 01 to 15 draw.
- Match your 12-digit coupon. Bills paid by QR are entered automatically, so check even if you never entered a bill by hand.
- Claim before 17 November 2026. The portal shows the claim window open until then.
- Keep the original bill. IRD pays only after the bill is verified under the programme procedure.
A coupon on the portal is a winning coupon, but in earlier draws IRD’s printed notices left some names out while bills were checked. So the payment depends on verification, not only on the draw.
A Rs 415 bill won Rs 10 lakh
This bumper shows how the scheme works. The bill amount does not change your odds per bill. Every eligible bill or QR payment of more than Rs 100 is one entry, so a small grocery bill has the same chance as a large one. Asking for a bill every time is what counts.
