What the class covers
According to the registration page, the session is built around four practical uses of AI:
- Modern AI tools in practice: tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini, shown on real tasks.
- Photo and video creation: making attractive visuals with AI.
- Everyday productivity: using AI to finish routine work faster.
- Business promotion: using AI to market a shop, service or brand.
What participants get, as listed on the page:
- access to the two-hour live online AI master class;
- practical demonstrations of useful AI tools;
- a live question-and-answer session with the instructor.
That last point matters. A recorded tutorial cannot answer the question you actually have about your own work. A live class can.
Who should join
The page describes the class as useful for students, teachers, employees, content creators and business owners. It is beginner-friendly, and no prior knowledge of AI is assumed.
| If you are a | What you can take away from the class |
|---|---|
| Student | A faster way to research, summarise notes and plan assignments |
| Teacher | Help with lesson ideas, worksheets and visual material |
| Office employee | Drafts of emails, reports and letters in minutes |
| Content creator | Ideas, scripts, captions and images for your pages |
| Business owner | Posters, product posts and simple promotion plans |
The second column is our own summary of where these tools usually help, not a list from the registration page.

What time is 8 PM Nepal time abroad?
The class is online, so it is open to Nepalis abroad too. Here is 8 PM Nepal time on Sunday 25 October in common places, by our own conversion. The United Kingdom changes its clocks that morning, which is already reflected below.
| Where you are | Local time |
|---|---|
| India | 7:45 PM, Sunday |
| Qatar and Saudi Arabia | 5:15 PM, Sunday |
| UAE | 6:15 PM, Sunday |
| Malaysia | 10:15 PM, Sunday |
| South Korea and Japan | 11:15 PM, Sunday |
| Australia, Sydney | 1:15 AM, Monday |

How to get the most out of two hours
These are our suggestions, not requirements from the page.
- Install or update Zoom before the evening, on the device you will use.
- Sign in to the free versions of ChatGPT and Gemini in advance, so you can follow the demonstrations live.
- Bring one real task. A letter you need to write, a poster for your shop or a topic you must study. Try it during the class.
- Use a laptop if you can. Following on a phone works, but switching between Zoom and an AI app is easier on a bigger screen.
- Note your questions as they come up and use the question-and-answer time.
- Keep your phone charged and find a quiet corner. It is a festival night.
